Ohio Colt Racing Association

1.Champion of Champions races will be offered for 2yr. & 3 yr. Division seperated by gait and sex for a total of eight (8) races.

2. All races to be contested at one dash at one mile, with the races of the Ohio State Racing Commission and the USTA to govern.

3. All horses starting in the Champion of Champions race finals must be driven by at least a provional driver.

4. It is the responsibility of each owner or trainer to enter their horse. Starters are to declare by th regular time practiced by Raceway Park.

5.Horses changing gait may be transferred to thier adapted gait at time of entry.

6.Purse distribution: 45%--25%--15%--10%--5%                                                       

7.Purses shall be determined by total nominations of all four circuits, plus $2,500 per race added by Raceway Park.

8. points will be awarded (45-25-15-10-5) and 1 point for starting.

9. A horse must have a least six (6) fair starts in any of the four (4) fair circuits to be eligible to race in the final. The Six (6) Starts must be in the Colt & Filly circuit stakes.

10. At the time of declaration, a starter must show at least on charter performance line without a break within (45) days prior to the day of the race.

11. Raceway Park reserves the right to call off any event (division) for which insufficient nominations are recieved.   All monies paid by nominator will be returned.

* Based on 35 nominations and eight (8) starters per division.
